Every Nordic customer is allocated an Account Manager to ensure the highest standards of after sales service are guaranteed.
Consultation with the client will determine the frequency and nature of contract review meetings and the level of management information provided on an on-going basis.Nordic’s Account Managers have extensive waste industry knowledge and experience. Many have additional complimentary backgrounds in related industry sectors to ensure a broad understanding of clients’ needs, expectations and requirements. Nordic believe contract award is the start of a long-term relationship in which total customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
